Allergy Information

🥐 All of our items are made on shared equipment and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.

🥐 We do not use any peanuts or peanut butter in our facility.  Any item that contains chocolate (including chocolate pieces for decoration) will contain a very small amount of soy lecithin (an ingredient in our European chocolate).  Many of our products are baked on trays that are sprayed with a soy-based oil to prevent sticking (just like your "Pam" at home). 

🥐 None of our products are alcoholic. However, sometimes the baking process uses an ingredient (such as vanilla extract) that contains a small percentage of alcohol.  If that is the case for that product, it has been noted as such* below.  *(contains an alcoholic derivative).
 
🥐 When noted we use dyes that contains R40, Y5, Y6, B1, B2, G3.
